ES imaging uses a familiar tree structure and dual panels to provide an intuitive user interface and experience. Tabs and buttons are used to easily navigate from page to page. User interface is controlled with a combination of permissions and user interface settings to provide maximum flexibility tailored to each user.

The left panel is used to locate a folder or file and the right panel displays either the corresponding image, properties or security permissions of the highlighted folder/file.

Right panel image viewer can be adjusted to any width. Image markups include redaction, highlighting and notes.

Thumbnails are displayed when viewing a folder that has multiple images. The full size image can be viewed by simply clicking one of the thumbnails.

Advanced search option allows user to customize complex searches and save for later reuse.

Search results are returned in a separate tab.

Properties and keywords can be customized for any folder.

Capture Queues serve as an "inbox" for indexing. Administrator establishes required keywords necessary during indexing.

Folder structure and index settings are controlled by one or more administrator(s).

Security is managed by users and groups.

Permissions can be controlled at the most granular (a single file) level or with groupings of like items (all files). System default permissions provide a seamless way to manage global permissions.

Right panel viewer, properties and security allows toggling, when multiple items are selected.

Black and white, grayscale, and color images are supported by the image viewer. In addition, PNG, JPEG, GIF, and PDF images can all be viewed directly in the viewer. Any other file format (Word, Excel, CAD, Videos, etc.) can still be captured and viewed externally.

Scan directly in ES Imaging with any WIA or TWAIN compatible scanner. Digital cameras and web cams can even be accessed to import images.

Administrator(s) can setup workflow to meet virtually any businesses needs. Users can monitor group "queues" for workflow items/tasks or have their own personal queues.

Emails can automatically be sent to notify people based on any type of action/rule.

A wide variety of fields and properties can be search in "Advanced Searching".

Multiple versions of files/documents can be created at any time. Friendly descriptions can be provided and even searched.

Utilize the free iPhone version (available in iTunes app store) of the ES Imaging Client to browse, search, capture/upload pictures, and view images/files.

The free mobile version of the ES Imaging Client also supports the iPad.
